1. Can we get samples for testing?
Yes, the buyer shall bear the sample cost and freight cost.
2. Can you customize it according to my requirements?
Yes, we can customize it. Please send us your request like specification, drawing, material, order quantity etc.
3. How do you know whether the chemical composition and mechanical properties reported are reliable?
As part of our process control, we run frequent verification tests in our own facility on chemical composition and mechanical properties from test materials randomly selected by our quality controller. If deviation exist, we will run investigation to make sure that we know exactly what it is.
