Since 1996, we have been providing well-design and long-life durability consumables and dross recycling unit for aluminum smelters and recycling companies. Made of a patented material which is developed by our own, with superior anti-thermal shock resistance performance, our consumables have a very durable quality. We innovatively re-design our skim pans and sow molds to make them have a very fast cooling speed, which results in a remarkable reduction of oxidation. In addition to our patented material, we can provide the options for materials to fit in different applications of customers.
We produced many skim pans and sow molds of different standard sizes; they cover many applications. Meanwhile, we are always willing to offer designs to customers to meet their own specific needs.
In addition to our proprietary material, we also supply other conventional steel molds and ductile iron molds, the material will be ASTM A27 Gr 65-35, 70-40, AISI 8630, 65-45-12 and other materials that customers want, contact us to find the best solution for your company.
